Ultimate TechGear guarantees that all products shipped will reach customers in its original and best condition. For all customers (end users) from Australia and New Zealand, Ultimate TechGear will entitle to FREE postage and in the event of a lost or damaged parcel, Ultimate TecGear will takes full responsibility and compensate with a new shipment or refund.

Ultimate TechGear loves HAPPY customers and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please email us at sales@ultimatetechgear.com.au within 7 days after the shipment notice should you receive your product damaged or faulty.

However we do not take responsibility should the product damage or lost during the return shipment to Ultimate TechGear.
